Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is more than 14 days old, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Please note that you must inform us by email to cabales-shop@hotmail.com before returning a product. The deadline for this is 3 days after receipt of your order.
All returns are inspected on arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may send the item back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
To receive a full refund, ensure that all items are returned in unworn/unused condition or in the same condition as you received them. This includes the original packaging and all labels.
A restocking fee of 5% of the value of the goods will be charged for the return of each item of clothing.
Hygiene and the safety of our customers is super important to us, so certain items cannot be returned for a refund. These include:
- Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, gift vouchers are excluded from returns.
Sequin and glitter dresses can be exchanged for a different size or dress, but there will be no refund. In the event of a return, a voucher for the value of the dress will be issued, which can be redeemed within one year.
Offer items (if applicable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, so only regular-priced items will be refunded.
Responsibility
Please make sure that your items are securely packed and cannot be damaged en route.
As the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it, please make sure you get a proof of postage!
We are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake (it can happen!). If we can find the items (which is not always possible) and you want them back, we may ask you to pay the delivery costs.
Can I exchange my item?
We offer product exchanges; however, we will send the new product only after receiving the return. In this case, the 5% return fee will not apply. A fee of 2 euros will be charged for the new shipping to Germany and 4 euros for shipping within the European Union.
To finalise your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is authorised, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account.
If you have done all this and still have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at cabales-shop@hotmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was labelled as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.
Dispatch
To return your product, you should send your product to: Cabales c/o Alejandra Matiz, Hermannstal 81, Hamburg, 22119, Germany.
You organize the shipping and must bear the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself.
If you are sending an item worth over € 75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
